Randy Jenkins- Interim Sr. Pastor
Randy comes to us from Interim Pastor Ministries and brings lots of experience from his previous pastorates and interim assignments. He has a warm, engaging personality and will be leading the board through the process of preparing for our next Sr Pastor.

Mary Sutherland
Children's Director
Mary and her husband, Ben, have been part of the Olivet family for 27 years where they have served in a variety of capacities. She graduated from Baptist Bible College with a degree in Christian Education and also holds a Bachelor of Business Leadership Degree from Baker College. Mary became our Children’s Ministries Director in November of 2013. Mary and Ben have a shared passion for children. They have five school-aged children- Kyleah, Karston, Kendon, Kamea, and Kaleb, three grown children, and are active foster parents.

Debbie Randall
Administrative Assistant
Debbie and her husband Warren have been a part of Olivet for 5 years since the merger of the 2 churches. Debbie serves as Olivet’s office administrator and is the first face and voice you are likely to encounter if you call or visit the church. Debbie and Warren have 4 grown children and 15 grandchildren.

Matt Long:
Staff Administrator
Matt has been staff administrator at Olivet since 2022, and works to keep communication and cooperation between the staff and the lay leadership healthy and productive. Matt had a long career in the business world before retiring and accepting this role.
Matt and his wife Elaine have 2 children, almost 6 grandchildren, and have been a part of Olivet for almost 40 years.

April Mead
Mercy Ministries Coordinator
April and her husband, Brandon, have been part of the Olivet family for over 13 years. April was a Youth leader for 10 years and has served in various other ways including Tech Team, Meal Makers Ministry and Children’s Ministry. She finds joy in helping others and loves to see people find their gifts and use them for God’s glory. Brandon and April have been married for 14 years and have 3 daughters.

MATT KOOI – INTERIM YOUTH PASTOR
Matt is graciously serving as our interim, part-time Youth Pastor while he also serves full-time as the Discipleship Director at Muskegon Rescue Mission. Matt grew up at Olivet, met his wife Becky as a student at Trinity University. He served as Youth Pastor for nine years at a church in Coldwater, MI where he led students on annual missions trips to Mexico. He joined Spectrum Ministries as Director for nine years where he oversaw teams ministering to the poor and needy in Tijuana. He and his family moved back to Michigan in 2022 where he joined the staff of the Rescue Mission. Matt and his wife Becky have three adult children and one grandchild.
